1.Who we are

Inspire to Beau (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a design and home styling brand based in the Greater Toronto Area. We help clients refresh and enhance their homes through personalized design consultations, styling guidance, and budget-friendly renovation coordination.

Inspire to Beau markets and manages client relationships for both design and renovation projects.
Renovation projects requiring licensed contracting, insurance coverage, or permits are completed and invoiced through our affiliated company, Cash Cut Marketing Co., a registered and insured contracting business owned and operated by the same husband-and-wife team.

This partnership allows us to provide a full service — from concept and design through to construction — while maintaining transparency and compliance with Canadian business regulations.

Depending on your project, you may engage with one or both companies. Each operates under its own business registration and may issue separate invoices.

2.Service Withdrawals, Cancellations, and Payments

Clients may withdraw or cancel services by notifying us in writing. Terms for cancellations and refunds depend on the type of service and are outlined in your service agreement.
All financial transactions are processed securely. Payment is required as per the invoice issued by the respective company and can be completed via cash, e - transfer or credit card.

3. Consultations and Estimates

All consultations, quotes, and estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if project requirements evolve. Design recommendations are professional opinions; final decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All website content — including text, images, designs, and branding — is the property of Inspire to Beau.
Content may not be copied, redistributed, or reproduced without written permission.
Any permitted use must provide proper attribution. Commercial or adaptation use requires explicit written approval.

5. User Conduct

By using our website or services, you agree not to:

Engage in unlawful behavior, hate speech, harassment, or bullying
Post spam, promotions, or unsolicited advertising
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to disable user accounts or block access to anyone who violates these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, neither Inspire to Beau nor Cash Cut Contracting are liable for:

Projects involving both design/styling and renovation services may require separate contracts and invoices — one issued by Inspire to Beau for design services, and one issued by Cash Cut Contracting for renovation work. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Return and Refund Policy

At Inspire to Beau and Cash Cut Marketing Co., we strive to provide exceptional design and renovation services tailored to your needs. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services

All services provided, including design consultations, home styling, and renovation work, are non-returnable. Once a service has been delivered, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

2. Materials and Purchases

Any materials or items purchased by our team for a renovation or design project will be approved by the client prior to purchase.
Returns of purchased items are only eligible if they fall within the supplier’s allowable return period and are approved by the company. Items must be unused and in their original condition for a return to be processed.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Before the project begins: If the job has not started and no materials or items have been purchased for the project, clients are eligible for a full refund of any payments made.
After the project has started: Refunds may be issued only for the portion of the payment not yet utilized for labour, materials, or approved expenses. Any completed work or materials already purchased and used in the project will not be refundable.

4. Contractual Agreement

All clients will receive a detailed contractual agreement prior to the start of any project. This contract will clearly outline the scope of work, payment terms, and any applicable refund policies.

5. Limitations

Refunds do not apply to completed services, custom or specially ordered items, or any work performed in accordance with the agreed project scope.
Any disputes regarding refunds will be addressed in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed contract.
